Women’s Circle: Ritual, Ceremony & Seasonal Ease
Join us at Our Lady of the Snow, Alta, UT
This month, we gather in circle to explore ceremony and ritual as a way of life—We’ll dive into the role they played in women’s lives across history, from the old ways that rooted communities to the small daily acts that can still anchor us today.
We’ll travel through history, uncovering the traditions and communal practices women have always carried, then reimagine how these timeless acts can support us now. Alongside this, we’ll meet a selection of adaptogenic herbs that help soften stress, spark joy, and support the nervous system—beautiful companions as the season shifts toward a slower, gentler pace.
Come gather, share, and leave with rituals and herbal allies to nourish you through the turning of the year.

Upcoming Live Class: Women’s History, Societal Patterns and Their Role in Our Modern Lives
Through the ages, women have been healers, midwives, wisdom keepers, and rebels—woven into the fabric of history as both revered and feared figures. Yet, for survival, they have also been forced to conform, to shape-shift, to play the roles society demanded. Women have been chameleons, mastering the delicate balance of power and submission to endure oppression. This class will explore different eras of women’s history, tracing the common threads of resilience, conformity, and resistance. We will examine how these patterns persist in our lives today—how they shape our behaviors, our beliefs, and our choices. Through understanding our past, we can begin to shift outdated behaviors and reclaim our power, stepping into a more empowered and authentic version of ourselves. Come ready to connect, uncover, and transform. Expect 60 to 75 minutes of gathering with other women with time for discussion.
